New Items:

Reading and Editing G-codes for Sheet Metal

In this video you will learn how to read and edit G-codes. This video is aimed at the operator so you can learn to read the code and make adjustments to an existing program. In essence teach you to fine tune the programming at the controller.

This video is not meant to replace program writing as done by a CAD system
but will allow the operator to produce an entire program if necessary right on the shop floor.

Manufacturing Extremely Small Parts

In this video the viewer will learn many of the secrets of producing sheet metal parts in material thickness' under .020-inches and with tolerances as tight as .001-inches and one half a degree angular.

You will learn how to produce flat blank parts where punching, lasers and even water-jets are not practical nor desirable. Learn how forming tools are developed and used in a safe manner whether in a steel V-die or in Urethane pad.

We look at quality control measurement where the act of measuring can effect the results. A must view if you are considering working with sheet metal on this scale.

Flat Pattern Development:

This DVD takes the viewer through basics of
flat pattern development: bend deductions, mold lines and notching (square corners to side flanges at angle other than 90-degrees.

You will learn the application of mold lines and their relationships to features. Find out what happens if you've designed for an air form and use a bottom bend instead. Learn the reasons why
bend deduction charts may not work.

A great way to learn the basics and understand what your CAD is doing in the background.
