	Our Press Brake is a Toyokoki APB 062 Servo-electric. A drive system that is repeatable to one micron!
	Custom made tooling built in-house; inside bend radii as small as .4 N/m. Computer controlled digital cameras allow the centering of tooling and viewing the bend. Adjustments to tooling are made via micrometer-heads. Extremely small parts require creative thinking. That is an Asma specialty!
	We manufacture very small parts made from very thin material and with very tight tolerances. Materials: Beryllium Copper, Stainless Steel, Aluminums, CU/Brass, Inconel and other refractory Alloys
	When working with extremely small and thin parts measurement becomes an issue. Just the act of measurement can effect the results. Besides using a wide variety of common measurement tools Asma maintains quality control through the use of finest quality optical comparator, coupled with a Quadra-Check three axis digital read out We also employ Statistical Process Control practices to insure quality
