Asma, LLC began business in 1990 with the publication of
Introduction to
Precision Press Brake.
Only to be followed by
Intermediate and Advanced
Precision Press Brake. Since then the Author
and CEO of Asma, Steven D. Benson
has authored four more textbookson the subjects of
Press Brakes, Lasers, Turret
Punches and Shears, writtensoftware(ASMA 5.0) for
developing
correct bending
calculations and finding the tooling that will produce the desired results.
Mr. Benson has also published 61 articles world wide for The Fabricator,
Forming and
Fabricating, and The International Sheet Metal Review
Asma, LLC began bringing in-house Press Brake, Turret Punch and Laser
training to its customers
in 1997, including the United States Navy and the
Fabricators & Manufacturers Association,
Int.,Inc (FMA).
Asma, LLC is also the publisher of
The Precision Sheet Metal Chronicle, the
worlds first on-line
magazine dedicated to the precision sheet metal trade; now
in it's ninth year.
Now in 2008 we are
expanding into the manufacturing realm with the installation of a
Toyokoki
electric press brake; specifically to provide forming on an
extremely small scale.
