    Quality Control

Forming quality is accomplished using a Toyokoki electronic
press brake. While this press brake is the workhorse of our
operations it is the skill and craftsmanship of our press brake
  technicians.

It takes these highly skilled craftsman to produce a quality
+/- .001 thousandth in parts that can fit on a finger tip!

The parts being as small as they are the usual hand tools are
not usually appropriate. They can actually effect the
measurements; just in the act of measuring can give the results
  that are being sought.

That is why we use a state of the art Scheer-Tumico 3500-3550
Optical Comparator; one with all the bells and whistles.

  There is no dou
bt that we can fixture and check your parts
  with complete accuracy!

Attached to the Scheer-Tumico Optical is the Quadra-Check 200
Digital Coordinate reader with Fiber optic edge sensing
  technology.

Connected directly into our data base and computer network we
can produce the necessary quality documents to certify
  compliance with customer requirements
.

One of the most sophisticated press brake controllers available
  with a repeatability in microns!

An important feature, offering the precise control necessary to
work in very light gauge parts!
